Project description
Company Romsat and RCI Consulting completed the project for the introduction of IP-telephony and call-center building for the Ukrainian ORBI Group offices holding, which is the leading construction and property development company in Georgia.
Within the project was built:
- Call-center in Kiev with a single telephone number 8800 *****, which is free for all mobile and local phone numbers. PBX call-center supports up to 200 concurrent incoming calls.
All telephone conversations are recorded, archived and stored on an external storage. Set up call forwarding cascade prioritized operators and after business hours incoming calls are forwarded to the mobile phone of duty operator. Special security system provides control over the unauthorized use of the system.
- The system of IP-telephony company ORBY offices in the cities of Kiev, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytsky, and head office in Batumi. Due to the fact that all the company’s offices are combined into one system, the connection between them is free. The main advantages of an IP-telephony – it’s flexibility, mobility, speed of deployment, high-quality communications. On the basis of the installed system can arrange additional services, such as video conferencing.
